The pavilion is located at a central point in Tel Aviv University, near the Gilman Building of the Humanities and the School of Engineering building. The location guarantees easy and inviting access to the nearby lawn. The gallery presents a single work of art called 0.16 by the artist Aram Bartholl. Represents a light in which the shadows of passers-by turn into pixels. The design is intended to contain the resolution of the large-scale work of the structure and create a three-dimensional structure that will attract the audience. The work of art requires a dark environment, with the exception of the projector used for representation, therefore the structure is completely closed with the entrance of focused natural light through two slits in the walls of the shell.
